| A friend of mine sent me this link a couple of days ago and I think it's something that can be used.
I might pick it up.

It's sort of old school with a new coat, but I think it can be effective. Has anyone seen it live? Have you bought it? |

| Interesting, To me the method would seem obvious at least to people like us, (and I always worry that if I can work it out, the spectator can work it out). Even if what I believe the method to be is wrong, the method I'm thinking of would achieve the effect so I'd be more likely to make one up rather than spend money on it. Thats if I was going to use it. |

| If I'm not mistaken, he gives the method away on the video.
The thing is we should be entertaining lay audiences and not too worried about other magicians and mentalists.
Laymen wouldn't have a clue.
I might buy this because I'm curious as to the construction ... maybe it's really fantastic work.
Worth a try for little money. |

| I decided to pick this up with some other things while Hocus-Pocus is offering a discount this week. Which makes it even cheaper. Seems interesting. I might have a use for it but we will see. Thanks for pointing it out Alex. Although I like Jay's stuff, I usually don't pick up many of his things. AT |

| though i didnt watch all the making of part, i think its below average to be honest - i don't like the idea of switching it out for another either...i bought it against my better judgement! a couple of routines are ok though...but nothing "new" or enough twist to it to be really worthwhile... i much prefer carlyle's 2 and 3 way bags that they can open themselves infront of everyone... |

| Ah hell no you tell me! Oh well it may go to the junk drawer but at least I won't be paying full price for it. Kinda why I never by much of Jay's stuff. Some of it is good some of it goes to the junk drawer in the "what in the hell was I thinking" pile. I decided to pick this up since it was asked about on here. AT |

| it doesnt mean its rubbish though mate...just not for me...i prefer my own see-thru forcing doohickey thats all...only costs a quid to make too...lasts forever... i think boris pocus is probably his finest hour - unfortunately its him as boris pocus...got irritating after a while...good effects though.. anyway - i'm sure with some post-it note glue omnilope will work out fine... |
